The Apartments Parque Santiago are by far the most popular in Tenerife. They have superb beach front positions minutes away from the resort centre. Apartments Parque Santiago 1 and 2 offer great value, with 3, 4 and 5 aimed at those looking for more prestigious accommodation.The complex offers accommodation to suit all tastes and family sizes from a small studio up to a 4 bed room villa. Prices shown on our system can vary dramatically due to the high volume of private owners offering different standards of interiors. We highly recommend the Apartments Parque Santiago, however, availability can be very difficult, so we strongly advise you book well in advance. Playa de las Americas, once the wild child party capital of Tenerife has grown up into a hugely successful destination attracting people from all over the world.
The resort has 3 great beaches (one directly in front of Parque Santiago 3), and like its neighbour, Costa Adeje, they are all very family friendly with a huge choice of facilities on offer.
Playa de las Americas hotels are also similar to Costa Adeje, offering high quality, but with some great low cost offers. If self catering is your choice, you won’t be disappointed with the range of complexes on offer. In addition to Parque Santiago, take a look at the Isabel family hotel, it has apartments, bungalows and villas. Most of the hotels in Las Americas are 4 stars, such as the popular, La Siesta, Vulcano and Conquistador, with a handful of 3 and 5stars like the Mediterranean Palace.
Golf is big business in Tenerife and here in the South you are spoilt for choice with 7 courses all within 20 minutes drive. For those who prefer the water, well, if it can be done in the water, the chances are it will be on offer in Las Americas.
If partying until the small hours is your thing, then look no further, this is the place for you. There are also a multitude of more quiet family fun pubs, bars and restaurants for those who have to get up at sensible times.
