Booked online following good feedback and was pleasantly surprised about the quality of this complex. Staff very good, friendly, helpful, chilled out, flexible. Diadora on the front desk was very charming and nice when we asked if we could move from a fourth floor apartment. Ended up with a lovely ground floor apartment which couldn't have been better. Just all very good, clean, relaxed, spacious around pool but most of all so handy for the beach particularly for those with small children. Have never contributed to this website before but just felt I had to complement the complex. Overall just what the doctor ordered for a quiet easy week in the sun in a cold January.

Just returned from a one week stay at Parque Santiago 3, we had a ground floor studio which was ample in size for 2, rooms were cleaned everyday if required, pool area was
great with flumes for kids, plenty of sunbeds even though it was very busy never had trouble getting a lounger. the apartments were in a great location without being to noisey
everything on the doorstep from great dining to designer shops, one word of warning though drinks really pricey in complex 3euros 70 for a small fresh orange ,But most folk just took cans of juice etc to pool. I would defo reccomend to all ,be it families couples or groups of freinds of all ages. will defo be back. prices in resort not as bad as we expected, my hubby could still get a pint of beer for 1.20 and me a large glass of wine for 2.40, still cheaper than at at home.

My family and I visited PS3 for the third time in April of last year and i can honestly say the standards hadnt slipped one bit since my last visit. The whole complex is spotless and the pool is cleaned regularly throughout the day. The pools are superb and the new addition of the childrens park only adds to the fantasticness of the complex. Although there are lots of people within the complex, it has a suprisingly tranquil atmosphere. We booked our apartments through private owners and were impressed by the quality of the rooms. The only grumble was that there wasnt a lift to one of the rooms, dragging suitcases up a few flights of stairs was tricky. The restaurant and snack bar's serve great quality food and staff are pleasant and helpful. The beautiful beach is a stones throw away from the complex, as is the shopping centre, which features some pretty good shops. Across the street a big shopping complex can be found, which is definately worth looking at (shops such as Nike and Zara). All pavements are made of fine materials (marbles, mosaic tiles) and the area is extremely clean. Just over the road is the Parque Santiago Mini Golf, which has got to be the prettiest course i've come across, complete with water fountains, pretty mosaic tiles and patterns, the course offers fun and tricky challenges for its visitors.
Walking along the sea front is both refreshing yet peaceful, although busy; the area is never bustling or overcrowded. McDonalds and Hooters is a 5 minute walk along the sea front. Nightime offers a variety of food and entertainment, you can either walk left and into the centre of Las Americas or walk right towards Los Cristianos. For those walking right, you CANNOT miss a meal at Picasso's. It is simply delicious and the staff are cheery and very happy to help. Also another thing you cant miss is the fountain show, shown hourly on a nightime. This wonderful water show comes complete with lights and amazing music; my grandma would have sat and watched it all night every night if she could. Because the area is slightly upmarket, nightlife is varied and you may have to wander a little to find a lively atmosphere.
Best of all, the area appears to have their cockroaches under control, i think i only saw two in the fortnight and these were round the corner from PS3, (compared to staying in the adeje end of the resort where the roaches were out in force.
I could honestly go on all day about this wonderful complex and its beautiful surrounding area and definately recommend it to everyone! :)

We stayed at PS111 from 12th Dec-26th Dec 2008 our first time away for xmas. We got to the hotel about 4.30pm, the reception staff were lovely and helpful and polite, they gave us our key in super quick time no hanging about, unfortunately we were put on the top floor with a balcony view of the apartments across the way, the only other view was from an arched shaped window which i had to stand on a chair to look out off! I went down to the reception to see if we could be moved, i was told to come back about 9.30am the following morning to see the booking staff as they were all gone home at this time. The following morning we were given another key to check out the apartment, this one was superb C1029 facing the kids pool on the first floor, large balcony with 2 sun loungers and table with 4 chairs altogether a much much nicer apartment, as i had only book a studio apartment i was delighted with our new 1 bedroom one, cleaner came in every day (even xmas day) they were lovely, we tipped them on a couple of occassions which they were so grateful for, they deserved it they did a fantastic job. The hotel was in a perfect position close to everything, beach, Los Christianos one way and the centre of Las Americas the other. We love to walk and boy did we walk! miles each day along the beautiful beach prom stopping at shops and pubs along the way. We found the English bars and the all you can eat chinese places the best value for money. We hired a car for 3 days cost about 72 euros which was great value, we went up to Mount Tiede twice! it was stunning even if a little cold. We travelled to Las Gigantes through to Porto de la Cruz very easy to get around. We also used the local buses (Titsa) these were also very good value. The weather for most of the 2 weeks was fantastic around the 26c only going down to 19c at night, we had only 2 days out of our 14 where it rained for part of the day these were xmas eve and xmas day a boy did it come down. It soon cleared away and we sat eating our xmas dinner with the sun burning our backs (Bliss) We had never been to Tenerife before so we wanted to see everything and i'm sure that we packed everything into our 2 week stay. We had the best time ever, we have both said that we would love to go back and we would certainly be staying at PS111 again, we were treated like royalty by all off the hotels staff, i can not praise them all enough. We were given a bottle of Champagne and a card on xmas eve, what a lovely touch, needless to say we never wanted to leave but we are already looking to book this hotel again for next xmas (No other one will do) For anyone out there who is thinking about going to Tenerife for the first time take my word for it this hotel has it all and such a central position for anything and everything you want to do on your holiday. All that's left to say is SUPERB, STUNNING, FANTASTIC.

Eight of us stayed at PS2 for a week in October and found it to be friendly and relaxing. We stayed at PS3 in July and I would say that I prefer PS2 as it is less busy.

I booked the flights independently and the apartments through Ocean Management, who are located at PS2.
Apartments were basic but clean and comfortable with good sea and pool views.
We had to pay for sun loungers each day and balls etc are not allowed in the small pool

We just got back from a week long stay at Parque Santiago 2 and although I personally found other complexes more appealing we made the most of our stay.
It is a pretty little complex, the appartment we stayed in faced the seaside so we had no problems with noise-levels at all, but I think it would be different if facing the main street.
The pool itself is reasonably sized with a small children section. I found Parque Santiago itself to be nothing special, but appreciated the location.
To one side it faces the seafront. Not a nice swimming beach but we had fun with our kids playing in the rockpools spotting fish and crabs and shrimps. We usually walked to a beach located just behind Parque Santiago III (turing left when getting out of the complex) which was a nice and calm bay and very clean.
To the other side you get the start of the main street which leads turning left into Las Americas and all its bars and clubs. Turning right it's not far off the Safari shopping centre with all its designer shops and a huge range of restaurants. We also walked regularly to Los Cristianos, took us about 15-20 minutes but it is a nice walk along the seafront.
Los Cristianos is great for food, a lot of Tapas and Seafood restaurants, yum.
We have two small children and they loved the playgrounds located on the seafront.
Overall I would say the complex looks nice (I dislike high rise buildings and huge hotels) and the appartments are spacious.
If you get a cheap deal and are not overly bothered about pools (we weren't and hardly spent any time in the appartment) PS II is nicely located because in walking distance of all main tourist areas and nice Clear Blue Seas.
